Story
With over 27 years of combined experience from education (higher education and homeschooling) to human resources, to project management, to learning and design, Hudec Consulting has experience from multiple different industries. We understand that it requires an unique perspective to create training that fits each industry.

At Hudec Consulting, we believe in lifelong learning and are continually reading and learning new learning techniques for adults. That also requires us to stay current on the latest technologies such as video conferencing software and learning management systems (LMS).

My name is Dr. Bianca Reyes, CEO/Founder
Lifelong learning is in my blood. Growing up around educated and highly motivated individuals, becoming a training consultant was just fate.

Homeschooled from middle school through high school, I was able to graduate early and earn all my degrees under the age of 30.
​
My industry experience in customer service, project management, human resources, learning and development, and higher education have prepared me for this journey.
